What you will do
- Partner with leaders on performance, talent, engagement, and organisational development.
- Provide guidance on employment relations, policies, and People & Culture best practices.
- Support payroll and legal teams with accurate and compliant people processes.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects, initiatives, training, and team operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar People & Culture Business Partner role or 8+ years of HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with payroll processes and systems.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- For the New Zealand office, background and nationality checks apply because the role involves access to equipment and data regulated by ITAR.
