Performance Marketer (Growth) (Impact Theory University): Driving enrollment growth for an entrepreneurship education subscription through organic social content, email, webinars, landing pages, and paid acquisition with an accent on direct-response copy, funnel ownership, and unit economics. Focus on building conversion systems, optimizing acquisition and retention metrics, and maintaining accurate reporting across marketing and payment platforms.
Location: On-site in West Hollywood, California, United States; Monday through Friday

What you will do
- Own organic social growth across and founder accounts, connecting content distribution to email list growth and ITU enrollment.
- Manage newsletter editorial planning, segmentation, deliverability, and lifecycle nurture sequences.
- Run the full lifecycle of webinars and masterclasses, from topic selection and registration pages to live delivery, offers, replays, and conversion optimization.
- Own landing pages, lead magnets, checkout flows, offer architecture, onboarding, churn reduction, and win-back initiatives.
- Write direct-response copy, host-read advertiser scripts, social posts, newsletters, webinar materials, and landing pages.
- Track acquisition, LTV, payback, churn, and enrollment performance across HubSpot, GA4, Stripe, PayPal, and PayKickstart.
Requirements
- 4+ years of growth experience in a direct-to-consumer subscription, online education, info-product, or creator-led business.
- Personal ownership of enrollment or revenue targets and strong understanding of unit economics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills across social posts, newsletters, webinar scripts, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience with webinars or masterclasses, email segmentation, lifecycle automation, and deliverability.
- Working knowledge of organic LinkedIn distribution and the ability to write convincingly in another person's voice.
- Availability for the full temporary assignment and ability to work onsite in West Hollywood, Monday through Friday.
