Activision 2027 Summer Internships - Environment Art

Location: In person in Woodland Hills, California, United States. Applicants must currently reside in the US or be open to relocating to the US.

Salary: $20.00–$50.00 hourly.

hirify.global develops and publishes interactive entertainment, including the Call of Duty franchise.

What you will do

• Help build compelling 3D environments for the Call of Duty franchise.
• Work with the Infinity Ward environment art team on gameplay, art, and storytelling.
• Create contemporary, photorealistic environment assets and scenes.
• Participate in critique sessions and apply feedback to improve work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a certificate, associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program and graduating between May 2027 and June 2028.
• Available for a 12-week internship starting in mid-May or mid-June.
• Available to work in person in Woodland Hills, California; currently residing in the US or open to relocating to the US.
• Skilled in a traditional modeling package such as 3DS Max, Maya, or ZBrush.
• Experience with Unreal or Unity and strong 3D modeling and texturing skills.
• Resume and a portfolio or reel link are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Photoshop, Substance, or Houdini.
