IT Full-Stack Developer (JavaScript)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must live within 30 miles of an office in Lincoln, Nebraska; Centennial, Colorado; or Madison, Wisconsin. The standard schedule is 24 hours in-office and 16 hours working from home. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Build and evolve cloud-native lending products using microservices architecture.
• Partner with product owners, scrum masters, designers, and other stakeholders to create customer-facing product experiences.
• Design, configure, develop, test, prototype, and release application and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and improve build, deployment, development, test, and production environments.
• Participate in Agile software development, test-driven development, and the full application lifecycle.
• Contribute to architectural initiatives while balancing long-term platform velocity with short-term customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering enterprise-class web applications.
• At least 3 recent years working with ES6/7 JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience building single-page applications with frameworks or libraries such as React or Angular.
• Experience developing microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud environments, and CI/CD systems.
• Strong knowledge of testing, databases, web technologies, object-oriented design, asynchronous JavaScript, and scalable application architecture.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and clean-code skills.
