What you will do
- Communicate with clients about changes and follow up on implementation.
- Analyze coverage, interpret results, present findings to clients, and monitor resulting actions.
- Filter, register, review, monitor, and communicate client inquiries.
- Manage client orders for feasibility assessments.
- Train clients on methodologies and variable calculations.
- Promote the use of technology in client work.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuarial Studies, or a related field.
- Skills in information analysis, problem solving, prioritization, and assessing problem scope.
- Strong numerical ability, effective communication, creativity, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Interest in customer relations.
- Experience in market research, retail, or mass-consumer manufacturing companies is desirable, including internships or professional placements.
