What you will do
- Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve digital supply chain solutions, primarily Tableau dashboards and analytics.
- Translate requirements from planning, manufacturing, fulfilment, logistics, finance, IT, and regional stakeholders into scalable solution designs.
- Manage the lifecycle of reporting and analytics solutions, including requirements, data validation, user testing, deployment, releases, and post-launch support.
- Develop reporting tools for demand and supply planning, deployment, inventory, fulfilment, backorders, and operational execution.
- Support application reliability through issue triage, root-cause analysis, access coordination, documentation, and enhancement prioritization.
- Lead user engagement, training, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across supply chain digital tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, business systems, planning, operations, or a related area.
- Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, deployment, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and fulfilment.
- Experience developing, managing, or supporting supply chain reporting, analytics, dashboards, or business applications.
- Tableau Creator License required. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs, user stories, reporting specifications, and dashboard requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse, ERP reporting environments, or similar supply chain platforms.
- APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Agile certification.
