What you will do
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent operational projects within the Catamaran practice.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders and sponsors, facilitate meetings, and communicate project status and outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks and issues using RAID logs, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Follow project management standards, maintain documentation, and provide executive-level reporting.
- Drive process improvements and support scalable delivery models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management or operations experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently.
- Role based in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Experience in consulting or managed services.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with project financials.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
