Regional Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: USD 110,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage inside sales, warehouse, inventory, seal repair, machining, assembly, CAD engineering, and procurement operations.
• Supervise, schedule, coach, train, cross-train, and support personnel actions for a diverse workforce.
• Develop and monitor operating procedures for order processing, inventory control, customer service, repair, machining, assembly, and training.
• Optimize inventory and capacity utilization while achieving forecasts, backlog targets, cost objectives, and on-time delivery.
• Approve vendor part orders and substitutions, manage operating budgets, and oversee facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Analyze operational deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing, including mechanical seals or rotating equipment, inventory, material management, and distribution.
• Supervisory experience managing a diverse workforce.
• Experience with integrated business and manufacturing systems, including MRP, and knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process.
• Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support business operations.
