TL;DR
Senior Platform Engineer (AI): Building and maintaining production-ready Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure for API Gateway and AI Agent Management workloads with an accent on infrastructure automation, observability, and customer-facing reliability. Focus on delivering AI-capable environments, investigating complex support issues, and applying AI-driven automation to operations and incident analysis.

Company
provides API management and event stream infrastructure for enterprise customers and is expanding into AI Agent Management with agent gateways, MCP support, and multi-agent, multi-LLM control.
What you will do
- Deliver NextGen Cloud infrastructure for AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
- Build and maintain production-ready, customer-facing Kubernetes environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure features with the Platform Team.
- Investigate support tickets and collaborate with customers and the support team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Create knowledge articles and share technical expertise through internal TechTalks.
- Improve operations and tooling through automation, including thoughtful use of AI-assisted approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional infrastructure management experience.
- Strong experience creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
- Infrastructure and deployment automation experience with Terraform and Docker.
- Experience with continuous delivery tools including Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, and Helm Charts.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with certificate management, Grafana, and Prometheus, plus strong problem-solving and continuous-learning skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway, or LLM-serving infrastructure.
- Knowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
