Sr Quality Assurance (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and evolve software solutions across front-end and back-end technologies for multiple platforms.
• Analyze existing applications, define development approaches, and translate complex requirements into technical designs and code.
• Drive software quality through unit testing, validation, debugging, and corrective action.
• Strengthen application, infrastructure, system standards, controls, procedures, and monitoring.
• Apply application standards and Payment Card Industry security requirements to protect payment technology and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams, clients, partners, and vendors while contributing to implementation planning and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in coding, software design, development, and data analysis; 6 or more years is preferred.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex software solutions and evaluate technical challenges.
• Strong programming expertise in at least two modern enterprise programming languages, with advanced knowledge of one or more front-end or back-end technologies.
• Experience with one or more relevant operating systems, databases, development tools, web frameworks, mobile platforms, or machine-learning technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, credit card processing, or financial services.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
• Experience influencing decisions with senior internal and external partners.
