Risk Systems Analyst (RSA Archer)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current Canadian work authorization is required.

Salary: CAD 101,000–113,000 in total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable RSA Archer GRC solutions for technology risk, data protection, information security, compliance, issues management, and third-party risk.
• Analyze complex risk, compliance, and operational challenges and translate business needs into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Configure workflows, calculations, access frameworks, and Archer platform capabilities across the full software development lifecycle.
• Design integrations with ServiceNow, cloud services, data repositories, and other enterprise platforms using APIs, automated data feeds, and workflows.
• Improve data quality, lineage, governance, risk insights, operational efficiency, and control effectiveness.
• Advise Information Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders through workshops, solution walkthroughs, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of RSA Archer development and configuration experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale GRC solutions, with a strong background in systems analysis and application development.
• Advanced knowledge of RSA Archer configuration and architecture, including JavaScript/jQuery customization.
• Experience with API and integration development, requirements gathering, process mapping, and operating model design.
• Three-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current authorization to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience.
• Experience with Archer SaaS, cloud integrations, regulatory initiatives, or transformation programs.
• RSA Archer Certified Professional certification.
