Lead Quality Analyst (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Develop quality strategies with senior client stakeholders across large programs, products, services, and domains.
• Identify and manage software delivery risks through exploratory, functional, cross-functional, performance, and security testing.
• Drive consistent test automation practices, including tooling, service contracts, test layers, naming conventions, and dashboards.
• Improve code quality, testability, deployment practices, and delivery metrics across on-premise and cloud architectures.
• Coach developers and other team members, promote a testing mindset, and mentor junior Quality Analysts.
• Represent QA expertise within the technology community and at industry conferences.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Quality Analyst within multidisciplinary development teams.
• Comfort with agile practices, code management, deployment and migration strategies, and release management.
• Extensive experience with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, the Test Pyramid, and Swiss cheese models.
• Ability to design quality strategies and testing approaches for large programs and varied architectures.
• Knowledge of UX and user research practices, including prototyping, personas, and A/B testing.
• Advanced English level required.
