Software Engineering Interns

Location: Hybrid internship in Vienna, Austria; candidates must be able to relocate to Vienna for the duration of the internship.

Salary: EUR 3,285 gross per month. The legally required minimum wage is EUR 43,456 gross per year.

hirify.global develops application monitoring software that helps developers identify and fix errors and performance issues before they affect users.

What you will do

• Join an SDK, Product, or Ingest team based on interests and experience.
• Design, develop, and ship programming solutions used by customers.
• Work on SDK features, event-processing pipelines, or related application monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with engineers while receiving feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• Present the completed work to the hirify.global team at the end of the program.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science or related program.
• At least one previous internship or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience collaborating on an engineering project through coursework, open source, or work.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar dynamic language.
• Experience using GitHub, including branching, pull requests, and code review; availability to start in summer 2027 and ability to relocate to Vienna, Austria.

Nice to have

• Ability to quickly learn new programming languages or frameworks.
• Interest in AI-driven software development and application monitoring.
