Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern - WM

Location: Onsite at 9085 HWY 119, Alabaster, Alabama 35007, United States

Salary: $20.50–$33.50 per hour, plus possible performance-based bonuses and regional pay adjustments.

What you will do

• Support prescription and over-the-counter order processing and purchases.
• Provide patient care by recognizing patient needs and helping navigate clinical therapies.
• Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and records in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Manage inventory and maintain the pharmacy area.
• Build relationships with customers and the pharmacy team while participating in community outreach and events.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Be able to address individual patient needs and follow HIPAA and PHI requirements.
• Work onsite in the Alabaster, Alabama pharmacy location.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
