VP of IT Infrastructure & Operations (Robotics)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $220,000–$320,000 USD base annually for US-based candidates; qualified candidates in Canada may receive $230,000–$310,000 CAD base.

What you will do

• Define and execute the IT roadmap, budget, vendor strategy, contracts, and technology investment priorities.
• Lead IT planning for new markets, facilities, acquisitions, and major company initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networks, cloud services, collaboration tools, productivity systems, and ERP platforms.
• Support IoT and edge-device deployments used in robotic delivery operations.
• Drive identity management, access controls, endpoint protection, incident response, and enterprise IT security controls.
• Build and scale the IT organization while improving helpdesk services, SLAs, employee lifecycle automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including 8+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing complex, distributed enterprise IT environments in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience operating across multiple time zones and supporting rapid expansion.
• Deep expertise in networking, cloud platforms, identity management, and enterprise systems.
• Track record of hiring and scaling IT teams and infrastructure.
• Strong communication, leadership, vendor management, responsiveness, and follow-through.
