Location: Hybrid, with locations in Amsterdam, Netherlands; Estepona, Spain; or Malaga, Spain

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for merchants regarding account setup, configuration, and payment processes.
- Own daily operational performance across assigned queues and workflows, maintaining SLA, backlog, and quality targets.
- Provide guidance on ECOM and POS issues and coordinate incident response, including post-incident follow-up.
- Support onboarding, training, mentoring, shift planning, and team coverage.
- Maintain SOPs and workflows and drive improvements based on recurring product and configuration questions.
- Support regulatory and compliance alignment, identify operational risks, and assist with internal and external audits.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing team, preferably in payments.
- Fluent English and Dutch.
- Clear, structured communication with merchants, partners, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Strong operational decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, and pattern-recognition skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam, Estepona, or Malaga.
