Audio Visual VTC FSR

Location: On-site in Djibouti or Jordan; deployed environment outside the continental United States.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

• Install, configure, calibrate, operate, and maintain projectors, video walls, microphones, speakers, control systems, VTC endpoints, and related AV equipment.
• Schedule and manage video teleconferencing meetings, perform pre-call testing, monitor live calls, and complete post-conference quality checks.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, signal-flow, codec, display, network, and peripheral-device issues.
• Provide on-site technical support during meetings and events, collaborating with VTC representatives across networks.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system testing, inventory management, and equipment tracking.
• Maintain installation records, configuration documentation, service reports, tickets, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
• Current and active U.S. passport and U.S. driver's license required.
• High school education with 0–3 years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Ability to earn the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification within 180 days of deployment.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor, and chemical/biological protective garments.
• Must be medically and physically fit for deployment with U.S. Military Forces outside the continental United States under USCENTCOM medical standards.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification and other recognized audiovisual certifications.
• BICSI, optical fiber, Cisco CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with Cisco TelePresence Management Suite, multimedia video walls, sensitive compartmented information facilities, or special operations support.
