Software Development Engineer - Frontend Infrastructure (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field

Salary: SEK 591,000–887,000 per year, plus potential bonus and annual refresh stock grants

What you will do

• Own and evolve Sana’s TypeScript, React, and Node foundations, including frameworks, services, and development conventions.
• Maintain monorepo tooling, build systems, dependency management, scripts, and shared services.
• Design fast and reliable local development, testing, and build workflows.
• Optimize web performance, reliability, and security across frontend and Node services.
• Shape testing strategy across unit, integration, end-to-end, and visual testing.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and champion web development, debugging, and observability best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar software development or frontend infrastructure role.
• Experience with web architecture, performance, and developer experience.
• Ability to move quickly and confidently as a developer.
• Experience with or interest in a modern stack including TypeScript, React, Node, Kotlin, Tailwind, Postgres, Redis, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Ability to work in the Stockholm, Sweden hybrid arrangement, spending at least 50% of each quarter in the office or field.
