Product & Design Intern (Tabby Imagine)

Location: Saudi Arabia; onsite. Candidates must be living in Saudi Arabia.

Salary: SAR 3,000 per month

What you will do

• Take real problems in the hirify.global app from research and problem definition through shipped product changes.
• Talk to users, analyze data, size problems, and determine which solutions to pursue.
• Design flows, screens, states, and edge cases in Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts through critique, handoff, and release.
• Measure post-launch results and communicate whether the change worked.
• Present decisions clearly and update them when evidence changes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and living in Saudi Arabia.
• Evidence of making product decisions, demonstrated through the hirify.global Imagine challenge entry.
• Comfort with Figma components, prototyping, and handing designs over to engineers.
• Clear written Arabic or English is required.
• Willingness to discuss and defend work using evidence.
• Full-time engagement is required; the internship is not part-time.

Nice to have

• Shipped personal, university, freelance, or other product work.
• Basic ability to read funnels and interpret metrics.
• Front-end familiarity and understanding of implementation effort.
• Interest in fintech, payments, or how people in Saudi Arabia manage money.

Hiring process

• Submit an individual product idea in any suitable format, such as a written page, Figma file, prototype, code, or video.
• Entries are reviewed blindly; selected finalists present their work live on 15 October, replacing the interview.
• The challenge entry is the primary evidence used for selection, followed by the required eligibility checks and a separate contract.
