What you will do
- Understand user needs and advocate for them within the product team.
- Conduct user research to uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, developers, and researchers to define and prioritize problems.
- Develop and test multiple solution ideas, balancing user value and business impact.
- Produce high quality mockups and interaction flows, covering all necessary states and edge cases.
- Contribute to the design system and collaborate with engineers during implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a senior level product design role.
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design for mobile applications.
- Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative research.
- High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross functional teams.
