Design marketing-focused web experiences such as landing pages, promo pages, and corporate websites.
Develop clear layouts with strong hierarchy, rhythm, and UX logic.
Participate in cross-functional idea generation and push design forward.
Translate brand identity into consistent interactive digital experiences.
Ensure responsive behavior, micro-animations, and interactivity across devices.
Collaborate closely with creative web developers and marketing design sub-teams.

Requirements/Требования

Must have 5+ years of experience as a senior web designer in dynamic tech environments.
Advanced Figma skills including Auto Layout, interactive components, and prototyping.
Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of layout, typography, and marketing web design.
Understanding of design systems and ability to contribute to their evolution.
Experience working with marketing or growth teams and knowledge of conversion principles.
Basic HTML/CSS understanding and ability to collaborate with developers.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate design decisions clearly.
