Junior Technical Operations Engineer (Routing)

What you will do

• Monitor route quality and platform KPIs across providers, networks, routes, and clients.
• Analyze delivery rate, conversion rate, delays, spam complaints, and other quality markers.
• Resolve technical problems in both critical and non-critical situations.
• Manage route whitelisting and blacklisting requests and notify relevant stakeholders.
• Suggest monitoring systems and rules to prevent downtime and performance issues.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve products and expand routing feature usage.

• Broad IT interests, including querying languages, programming logic, and computer networks.
• Analytical approach to investigating and solving technical problems.
• Client-oriented, supportive, curious, and willing to progressively solve more complex problems.
