Lead Application Developer (Oracle)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India; onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexible work location on Fridays

What you will do

• Lead technical design, development, integration, and modernization across Oracle EBS R12.2, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
• Drive Lean Agile, DevSecOps, continuous improvement, and Test-Driven Development practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Partner with business, architecture, and delivery stakeholders to support Oracle roadmap planning, governance, and engineering standards.
• Coach employees and consultants while promoting strong engineering, security, and delivery practices.
• Provide technical direction and escalation oversight for critical incidents and issue-resolution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS architecture, performance tuning, release management, and support models.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Visual Builder, Groovy Scripting, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, Oracle APEX, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Experience leading Lean Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable operational or delivery outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
