Head of Production (Mobile Games)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Developer and publisher of free-to-play digital games for mobile and web platforms, including social casino and casual game titles.

What you will do

• Lead production initiatives for a mobile casino game across product quality, technology, platform integration, feature roadmaps, marketing collaboration, and analytics.
• Manage the master production plan, including feature scope, schedules, cross-functional execution, and delivery quality.
• Set production goals, measure team effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and drive corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Plan live operations, release cadences, resource allocation, and production processes with design and product teams.
• Improve production tooling and reporting while coaching the team on suitable development methodologies.
• Manage resource and budget plans in partnership with studio leadership and Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading mobile game production pipelines with shipped titles.
• Experience managing production throughout the mobile game lifecycle, including live operations.
• Experience managing co-development relationships with overseas partners and working with marketing, legal, finance, creative, and HR teams.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of mobile, PC, and platform development pipelines, mobile game markets, and gaming platforms.
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing production teams, with international game or business experience.
