Medical Information and Adverse Event Intake Specialist (Pharmacovigilance)

What you will do

• Provide phone and email support to healthcare professionals, consumers, investigative sites, and other sources regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and product support.
• Receive, triage, review, and process lifecycle safety data in safety databases.
• Code medical terminology, write case narratives, generate queries, perform quality control, support reconciliation, and drive case closure.
• Coordinate translations and maintain effective project and service communications.
• Identify operational issues, propose solutions, and liaise with the Project Manager.
• Support training, mentoring, working groups, and the implementation of new lifecycle safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal Estonian at C2/native level.
• Excellent English and an additional foreign language at a minimum C1 level.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing workloads.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
