What you will do

• Manage releases for innovative investment banking and financial services solutions.
• Apply Git architecture, branching strategies, and repository management practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex merge conflicts under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate multiple complex workflows while maintaining visibility across the release landscape.
• Lead meetings and communicate technical release details clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Make swift, analytical decisions during high-stakes production deployments.

Requirements

• More than 9 years of experience as a Release Manager.
• Strong understanding of Git architecture, branching strategies, and repository management.
• Meticulous execution and the ability to manage high-risk production deployments.
• Agile problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex workflows.
• Strong communication and meeting leadership skills.
