GNC Navigation Engineer (Space)

Location: Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model. Up to 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside the usual geographical area. A relocation package is available for candidates coming from another country.

What you will do

• Lead technical and operational activities within the onboard GNSS section.
• Define, analyze, and review system and software requirements.
• Design, integrate, verify, and validate navigation and orbit determination functions.
• Develop and oversee GNSS, PNT, orbit determination, and time synchronization solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consortium partners, and customers.
• Prepare technical documentation, plans, reports, and presentations, and participate in reviews, workshops, proposals, and project monitoring.

Requirements

• Training and experience in GNC, spacecraft navigation, and space systems engineering.
• Interest in combining technical development with project management responsibilities.
• Ability to work across the full project lifecycle, from requirements definition and design through integration, verification, validation, and delivery.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain.
