Finance Manager (Senior MIS Specialist), Vice President / Executive Director

What you will do

• Shape strategic business decisions through data-driven insights, performance analytics, forecasting, and planning.
• Advise business and finance leadership on growth, profitability, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with Front Office leadership, Business Management, and stakeholders across the Bank to improve accountability and performance transparency.
• Define and drive the MIS strategy, roadmap, and governance framework in alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation goals.
• Lead automation, data visualisation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives to improve management reporting and decision support.
• Oversee MIS data governance, reporting integrity, remediation efforts, and the development of a high-performing MIS team.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in MIS, business finance, performance management, business analytics, or financial planning and analysis within banking or financial services.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex analytical concepts to senior executives.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, Power BI, Tableau, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programmes.
• Experience leading organisation-wide process improvements, system implementations, or large-scale reporting transformation initiatives.
