Technical Lead (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML architecture covering data pipelines, feature stores, model training, deployment, and MLOps.
• Architect high-performance machine learning systems using deep learning, recommendation systems, and reinforcement learning.
• Build and optimize distributed AI and data platforms with Kubernetes, Spark, cloud-native technologies, and modern ML infrastructure.
• Design real-time, low-latency inference solutions for scalable AI-powered products and services.
• Drive technical decisions, engineering standards, and collaboration across data, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Establish AI governance, security, model risk management, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or ML engineering.
• Significant experience in AI/ML architecture, AI/ML platforms, or technical leadership.
• Experience designing and scaling end-to-end AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, feature stores, model training and serving, and MLOps.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Spark, and cloud-based ML platforms.
• English and Thai required.

Nice to have

• Experience with reinforcement learning.
• Expertise in deep learning and recommendation systems.
