What you will do

• Own ideas from the first thought through final execution, protecting and strengthening them as they evolve.
• Find compelling approaches to complex briefs and explore how ideas can develop beyond the immediate request.
• Shape concepts across stories, identities, services, and experiences.
• Set a high standard for conceptual thinking, art direction, visual design, and craft.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and direct photographers, directors, designers, and illustrators.
• Present creative thinking clearly to clients and teams while maintaining quality through delivery.

Requirements

• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to identify opportunities within complex briefs.
• Excellent judgement across design, typography, image-making, film, and contemporary visual culture.
• Fluent use of Figma, Adobe, Google Workspace, and other creative tools.
• Ability to use AI naturally for exploration, validation, visualisation, and prototyping.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and creative leadership skills.
• Curiosity about culture, technology, behaviour, and disciplines beyond art direction.

Nice to have

• Hands-on making and experimentation across different creative formats.
• Experience helping less experienced creatives improve their work.
