Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed, GPS)

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for public-sector engagements, translating ambiguous mission requirements into architectural roadmaps and guiding onsite implementation.
• Architect production-grade AI applications integrating interactive interfaces, backend systems, and AI models at hirify.global.
• Guide cloud infrastructure evolution with a focus on security, global scalability, and long-term system integrity.
• Direct development of core platforms and shared services for diverse global client use cases.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership on the technical roadmap while mentoring senior and junior engineers.
• Turn field experience and client feedback into reusable engineering patterns and shared platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent deep industry experience architecting complex distributed systems.
• 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing high-hirify.global architectures on Kubernetes and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in production-grade system integrity, security, scalability, and end-to-end deployment in complex, high-security client environments.
• Track record of building LLM-driven solutions and designing future-proof systems.
• Ability to resolve extreme ambiguity, mentor senior staff, define technical vision, and promote asynchronous, documentation-first workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience as a startup CTO, founding engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or dedicated customer engineer.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
