Quantitative Trader (D1 Liquidity)

What you will do

• Make markets for delta1 instruments, including spot, swaps, and futures in crypto markets.
• Manage systematic trading strategies such as centralized and decentralized exchange arbitrage.
• Research alpha signals and conduct backtesting to improve strategy profitability.
• Collaborate with developers to build and continuously improve trading and risk management tools.

Requirements

• Degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, finance, or a related field from a top university.
• Proven experience in systematic trading, including market making and other systematic strategies.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency delta1 products.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, or C++.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make rational decisions under pressure, and communicate effectively.
