HR Systems Analyst (Security & Integrations)

Location: Nairobi, IHUB, Kenya; hybrid office/remote schedule

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Orchestrate.
• Connect Workday with payroll, benefits providers, and other third-party systems.
• Configure Workday security groups, business process security policies, and domain security policies.
• Build rule-based automation for bulk data loads, account provisioning, permissions, and organizational setup.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and resolve root causes.
• Gather requirements, map data, produce integration and security reports, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Information Security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years of professional experience managing data sharing or integrations between enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio; working knowledge of Orchestrate is preferred.
• Understanding of Workday security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
• Knowledge of data security and classification frameworks such as GDPR, large datasets, data relationships, data cleansing, and relational database concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a standard office environment on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification in Integrations or Security.
• Experience with international nonprofits, varying IT infrastructure, low or intermittent bandwidth environments, data migration, systems integration, or helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Experience working in a globally distributed environment.
