Facilities Manager, EMEA (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead facilities operations across the EMEA region, including field offices, office managers, employees, and contractors.
• Oversee reception, visitor access, mail and shipping, administrative services, and facilities emergency communications.
• Support office construction, renovation, furniture and equipment installation, capacity planning, employee moves, and space data management.
• Manage facilities procurement, regional budgets, repairs, preventive maintenance, and the condition of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Partner on health and safety programs, emergency response plans, compliance, and office events.

Requirements

• Extensive facilities management and office services leadership experience across multiple EMEA locations.
• Experience supervising staff and managing service vendors and contractors.
• Construction project management experience and working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong project management, customer service, verbal and written communication, and office software skills.
• Ability to lead remote teams and work with employees, business leaders, executives, landlords, and local authorities.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
