What you will do
- Track critical health issues and the agendas of key stakeholders.
- Monitor healthcare policy developments at central and local levels and assess their impact on the business.
- Provide policy insights and proactively communicate implications to business stakeholders.
- Establish and develop platforms such as trade associations and professional societies to advocate for company priorities.
- Manage relationships with central government agencies and support senior executive engagement with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs, medical affairs, commercial teams, and regional counterparts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; a background in medicine, pharmacy, or healthcare is preferred.
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Previous government affairs or policy experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Fluent English is required.
