Quantity Surveyor (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Prepare complete bills of quantities for oil and gas EPC projects.
• Compile supporting documents and records for executed works and quantity measurements, including signed NRI documents, quantity surveying sheets, and progress records.
• Coordinate with the engineer’s and employer’s quantity surveyors to verify measured quantities and process payments.
• Prepare final contract measurements and completion payment applications in line with contract provisions.
• Verify subcontractor measurements and payment applications.
• Coordinate quantity measurement, recording, and reporting with project sections.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in oil and gas projects; ADNOC experience is an advantage.
• Experience with pipeline projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
