hirify.global is delivering an ANZ SAP S/4 implementation supported by cross-functional business and project teams.

What you will do

• Provide Manufacturing Quality functional expertise across SAP S/4 design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes, business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned with business needs.
• Participate in workshops, review proposed process and system changes, and manage process, data, and solution risks.
• Support testing through scenario definition, execution, defect triage, and outcome validation.
• Contribute to process documentation, training inputs, communications, readiness, and adoption activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong Manufacturing Quality functional knowledge and effective communication skills in a matrix environment.
• Experience in process improvement, project delivery, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
• Ability to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting workshops, testing, training, or implementation activities.
• Ability to travel on a routine basis and manage competing priorities, risks, and timelines.

Nice to have

• SAP, ERP, or large-scale system implementation experience.
