What you will do
- Provide Manufacturing Operations subject matter expertise across SAP S/4 design, build, and deployment.
- Document and validate current-state processes, business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Support future-state process and solution design aligned with SAP S/4 and business needs.
- Participate in workshops, review proposed process and system changes, and support issue and risk management.
- Contribute to testing through scenario definition, execution support, defect triage, and outcome validation.
- Support process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption, and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong Manufacturing Operations functional knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process improvement, projects, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
- Ability to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities such as testing, training, or implementation.
- Ability to travel on a routine basis.
Nice to have
- SAP, ERP, or large-scale system implementation experience.
