What you will do

  • Review, maintain, control, and release Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Procurement documentation.
  • Manage master engineering files and documents in the Product Data Management system.
  • Maintain ERP master data, including Material Masters, Bills of Materials, and Change Masters.
  • Control CAD data promotion in Pro/Intralink and ensure consistency with released PDM data.
  • Support engineering users through training, documentation, and PDM help desk assistance.
  • Test new functionality in PDM, ERP, and related engineering systems, and maintain ISO procedures, SAP scripts, work instructions, and best-practice documentation.

Requirements

  • Conceptual and practical expertise in configuration management or a related engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge of engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials, and change control.
  • Experience with PDM, ERP, CAD data processes, or related engineering systems.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, analyze information from multiple sources, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to explain complex information and build consensus across related teams.
  • Available to work in Bangalore, India.
