Product Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 base annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Develop and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities across consumer tooling, AI tooling, cloud infrastructure, and payments.
• Lead partnerships from initial exploration through product thesis, business case, commercial terms, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Partner Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to turn agreements into shipped outcomes.
• Scope integrations, demos, prototypes, reference applications, and partner enablement assets with Partner Engineers.
• Define launch success metrics, including retained usage, applications created, deployments, revenue, and partner-sourced users.
• Build partner scorecards, launch checklists, roadmap tracking, and repeatable opportunity-evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to assess whether partnerships should influence the product roadmap.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, cloud and deployment, databases, LLMs, agents, and developer workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI-native developer tools, including the ability to build credible demos and prototypes.
• Ability to manage ambiguous, multi-party processes from discovery through agreement, launch, and measurement.
• Strong credibility with senior external partners and internal engineers, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Background in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, API companies, or creative and productivity software.
• Experience with MCP-style integrations, agent workflows, or AI model and tooling ecosystems.
• Founder, Product Manager, Developer Relations, solutions engineering, or technical business development experience.
