TL;DR
Immigration & Government Relations and HR Specialist (Saudi immigration and HR operations): Managing work permits, residency permits, sponsorship transfers, government platforms, and employee lifecycle processes in Saudi Arabia with an accent on regulatory compliance, foreign workforce administration, and Saudization. Focus on coordinating visa and attestation workflows, resolving employee relations matters, maintaining sponsorship eligibility, and supporting audits and government inspections.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid. Must be a Saudi national based in Riyadh.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including work permits, Iqamas, sponsorship transfers, exit and re-entry permits, and other travel authorizations.
- Coordinate international recruitment, work visa applications, employment contracts, document attestations, and onboarding for foreign employees.
- Manage QIWA, GOSI, MHRSD, and other government platforms, submissions, renewals, licenses, and regulatory reporting.
- Monitor Saudi immigration, labor, Saudization, and workforce compliance requirements, supporting audits, inspections, and risk mitigation.
- Support HR operations across onboarding, employee changes, documentation, exits, payroll, benefits, insurance, reporting, and data quality.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary issues, voluntary and involuntary terminations, and complete exit management.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in immigration, government relations, and HR, preferably in Saudi Arabia and a multinational or matrix organization.
- Hands-on knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, employee relations, and Saudi labor law.
- Good understanding of Saudi government platforms, Saudization requirements, immigration compliance, and workforce regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Saudi nationality and residence in Riyadh are required.
