Study Design Specialist

Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: $20 per hour for training, plus up to $450 per Study Design Build.

Health tech company providing eSource and CTMS software that streamlines regulatory workflows and clinical data capture for pharmaceutical, biotech, research site, and academic research organizations.

What you will do

• Create comprehensive clinical study builds in the platform from protocols, eCRFs, pharmacy manuals, lab manuals, and other source documents.
• Develop eSource and modify standard templates to meet protocol requirements.
• Complete client-requested edits and customizations.
• Manage complex trials and ensure appropriate data capture.
• Conduct post-build quality control reviews and complete assignments on time.
• Mentor and train current and new employees.

Requirements

• At least one year of healthcare experience.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial protocols and source documents.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong people skills, attention to detail, and solid time management.
• Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and execute tasks efficiently.

Nice to have

• Experience with eSource and quality control design in hirify.global or other eSource/CTMS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or science-related field.
• Experience as a Research Coordinator, Site Director, or Source Designer.
