Customer Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Location: On-site in Lafayette, Louisiana, with district-site responsibilities in the New Orleans area and Broussard

Medical equipment management services supporting hospitals, healthcare facilities, and local service centers.

What you will do

• Safely load, secure, deliver, and retrieve medical equipment from healthcare customers.
• Process, clean, inspect, test, and maintain inventory of medical equipment.
• Educate customers about equipment features and functionality during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours in support of a 24/7 schedule.
• Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and perform extended standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and related physical activities.
