What you will do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes supporting production, quality, and safety goals.
• Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations.
• Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process challenges.
• Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installations, and engineering trials.
• Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and process parameters while contributing to Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical, maintenance, process, or production support role within manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Analytical problem-solving skills focused on identifying and resolving root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
