Working Student – Talent Acquisition

What you will do

• Post and maintain job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards and other talent channels.
• Prepare employment offers and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate interviews across teams and locations, including candidate communication and feedback tracking.
• Support recruitment events, university partnerships, career fairs, training sessions, and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment records and systems and provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition and HR.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in digital and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate, as well as automation and analytics solutions.
