French Language Expert / Translation Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Translate digital banking content from English and German into clear, natural French.
• Help establish consistent voice, tone, and terminology across digital products.
• Develop and maintain a multilingual terminology database.
• Collaborate with UX writers, localization professionals, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Use CAT tools, AI tools, and other technologies for terminology extraction and validation.

Requirements

• Native French speaker with excellent English and German skills.
• At least four completed bachelor’s semesters; a bachelor’s or master’s degree completed no more than six months ago.
• Preferably studying translation or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 4.5 under the Swiss grading system.
• Strong localization, editing, translation, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with CAT tools and AI-powered language tools, with an interest in responsible AI and post-editing.
• Interest in finance, multilingual terminology, and terminology database management.
