Trilingual Translator (Mandarin, Spanish and English) (Translation and Interpretation): Translating contracts, legal documents, communications and promotional materials while providing interpretation for meetings, negotiations and corporate activities with an accent on accuracy, localization and confidentiality. Focus on supporting Sales, Marketing and Legal, reviewing multilingual content, and maintaining consistency across internal and external communications.
Location: Panama; office-based position

is hiring for multilingual internal and external communications support.
What you will do
- Translate contracts, agreements, legal documents, emails, announcements and promotional materials.
- Interpret during meetings, negotiations and corporate activities.
- Review and localize website, social media and external communication content.
- Ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy across translations.
- Support the Sales, Marketing and Legal departments while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish and English required.
- Excellent written communication and oral interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with translation tools and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Availability for short-term business trips.
