TL;DR
Senior iOS Software Developer – Mobile Payments SDK (Fintech): Building and evolving secure iOS SDKs and mobile applications for digital cards, wallets, HCE payments, and authentication with an accent on Swift development, mobile architecture, testing, and payment certification. Focus on optimizing SDK performance and reliability, designing scalable components, supporting CI/CD and security compliance, and solving complex issues across the product lifecycle.
Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 3 days per week required in the office

What you will do
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance native iOS components, SDKs, and mobile applications using Swift.
- Contribute across requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, certification, deployment, and production support.
- Optimize the Full SDK for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product, Security, QA, DevOps, Backend, Android, and other engineering teams on end-to-end features.
- Develop functional tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and support secure payment and authentication certification activities.
- Mentor developers, participate in code reviews and technical planning, and investigate complex production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 4+ years developing native iOS applications or SDKs with Swift.
- Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks, software architecture, SOLID principles, multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with complex mobile applications or SDKs, client-server architectures, unit and functional testing, Git, CI/CD, and automated build pipelines.
- Basic Java development experience for functional test development.
- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, collaboration, and Agile development skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with secure software development, cryptographic APIs, certificate management, secure storage, authentication, NFC, digital wallets, or mobile payment ecosystems.
- Background in financial services, digital payments, banking, fintech, identity, or authentication.
- Knowledge of EMVCo, Visa, Mastercard, Objective-C interoperability, Kotlin Multiplatform, or cross-platform mobile architectures.
- Experience with public APIs, SDK documentation, advanced iOS profiling, technical leadership, mentoring, or AI-assisted development.
