What you will do
- Lead and develop Regulatory Affairs staff, including performance management, professional development, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate projects and resources to deliver high-quality regulatory and technical work to customers.
- Implement regional and site-specific objectives aligned with global Regulatory Affairs business strategies.
- Manage business development, site performance, financial accountability, risk analysis, and operational growth where assigned.
- Lead large regulatory programs, provide strategic regulatory or technical consulting, and manage meetings with regulatory agencies.
- Lead improvements to processes, systems, and products, and support global or cross-functional regulatory initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life science or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of regulatory experience, including 3 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Specific regulatory or technical expertise and practical knowledge of leading processes, projects, and tactics across one or more related departments.
- Demonstrated line management, team leadership, staff development, engagement, and performance management experience.
- Advanced negotiation, influencing, decision-making, organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office; applicable certifications or licenses may be required by the relevant jurisdiction.
