Sr Sourcing Recruiter (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and create tailored sourcing strategies.
• Lead intake meetings, define role requirements, align expectations, and establish recruitment timelines and goals.
• Create, publish, and optimize job postings while using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to engage passive candidates.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment.
• Use market intelligence, ATS and CRM data, analytics, and reporting to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Mentor junior Talent Search team members and support a consistent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven experience in Talent Search or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced global organization.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural awareness, adaptability, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work in São Paulo, Brazil.
